Many times I was disappointed with the performance of the mascaras I bought. That’s why I invested in professional products! Discover that mascara can be almost perfect!
Perfect mascara – what does it mean?
When it comes to makeup, I don’t like to compromise. I expect the cosmetics I buy to help me create the kind of makeup I will never regret. Clumps, flaking, and smudged mascara have never been acceptable to me. That is why I have experimented with mascaras many times just to find the perfect and unique product.
So, what does a perfect mascara mean to me? It should be long-wear and resistant to external factors. It also should perfectly separate the lashes and not leave clumps on them.
When choosing the perfect mascara, I also pay attention to the brush. It must have the right shape and be made of high-quality material.

As I mentioned to you, I decided to test four mascaras that, for me, are perfect or at least close to perfection. I hope the following list will make it much easier for you to choose the perfect mascara for your eyelashes.

1. Nanolash mascara
I make no secret of the fact that I start the ranking with my firm favorite. It is the Nanolash mascara. It is a premium-quality mascara that has not disappointed me once. I want to say that you must pay attention to the brush. It is perfectly shaped and made of silicone. It coats the lashes perfectly and separates them very quickly.
An additional advantage of the product is, of course, its durability. The Nanolash mascara can easily withstand rain, skiing, or a big night out. You don’t have to worry about the “panda effect”.
Ladies, you should also know that on the brand’s website, you can find two Nanolash mascaras. Well, you have a choice of:
- Nanolash Volume Up Mascara – a thickening mascara;
- Nanolash Length & Curl Mascara – a lengthening and curling mascara.
The products differ slightly in the way they work and the shape of the brush. So you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
2. Lashcode Mascara
I decided to put Lashcode Mascara in the next place in my ranking. This is a product with lengthening and thickening properties and it actually allows you to achieve spectacular results. My lashes gained an amazing look after the first brush stroke.
The mascara is long-wear. I didn’t notice it crumbling. The brush, on the other hand, makes it easy to apply. It allows you to distribute the mascara evenly and precisely coat even extremely short lashes in the corner.
3. Lancome Oscillation Power Mascara
The top 3 ends with the Oscillation mascara. This is a good product, although I had some objections while applying it. However, let’s start with the positive aspects. First of all, Lancome’s Oscillation mascara is a very well-pigmented product and it dries very quickly. I didn’t have any major problems applying the second coat. I also didn’t have any problems with the longevity of the product as it didn’t flake off.
My only reservation about this product was the brush. I wasn’t able to reach the shorter lashes with it. It seems to me that its shape is not the best. The brush is very narrow and has short and stiff bristles. Coating the eyelashes in the corners with it was a real challenge for me.
4. Collistar Mascara Art Design
Collistar Mascara Art. Design is a product that also, in my opinion, deserves special consideration. I make no secret of the fact that I used this mascara for quite a long time, although it is not without its flaws. Let me start with the brush, which in this case is extremely well-shaped. I had no problem reaching the short lashes with it and I also didn’t have to worry about getting my eyelids getting dirty.
However, as I mentioned, this mascara also has its drawbacks. As one of the biggest ones, unfortunately, I have to point out its durability. I applied the mascara in the morning, and by the middle of the day, it was already starting to get smudged and crumbly. I also did not avoid the “panda eyes effect” while commuting to work on a rainy day.
Summary
My favorite mascara remains the one from Nanolash and I encourage you to consider trying it too. It is a product of exceptional quality that will certainly not disappoint you.
